Welcome to Sunny Car Detailing! We thank you for placing your trust in us. You can rest assured knowing that we will take the best care of your vehicle. These are the Terms of Service, and other important information that you should know.

Optional Add Ons- these are available with additional cost

  • Leather Deep Clean & Conditioner ($35)
  • Child Car Seat Deep Clean ($15)

  • Odor Elimination Treatment ($50) ● Floor Shampoo ($50)
  • Seat Shampoo ($75)

Services we do NOT provide

  • Clean-up of bodily fluids
  • Removal of vehicle seats

Service Guarantee

The foundation of our business is the satisfaction of our customers. We strive for excellence. Due to the nature of our service and uniqueness of each vehicle, there are areas where we may fall short and something could get missed.

If you feel we have not exceeded your expectations please contact our office at (801)-901-0390 within 24 hours of the service (pictures are appreciated). Should any areas of your vehicle need to be re-serviced, as long as they fall within the scope of our service checklist, we will happily return to your vehicle and re-clean as needed.

 

Service Terms

  • We operate on a two hour window of arrival. i.e. 8-10, 11-1, 2-4 (We are not able to guarantee these time windows due to the unpredictability of the duration on cleanings)
  • Cancellations/reschedules within 24hr of appointment will result in a $25 cancelation fee.
  • To cancel/reschedule, contact us at (801)-901-0390 during business hours
  • Business hours: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm MST
  • If you are enrolled in a membership service and for any reason decide to skip a service, you will not be charged for that service, but there will be a $25 cleaning fee on your next cleaning for the additional time required to perform the cleaning.
  • We require a new membership customer to stay on their membership for 3 services. If you do not want to move forward with your membership for 3 services, then you will be charged the difference of a membership and a one-time service.
